Meet Dalya
I am a Sydney based Accredited Exercise Physiologist who practices with a collaborative and evidence-informed approach.
I believe that there is no one "best" approach to health through exercise. Rather, my practice challenges preconceived notions about what exercise should look and feel like.
Care, compassion, inclusivity, and honesty are central philosophy in my gym. I create individualised and comprehensive plans for each client to address all aspects of their physical and mental well-being. Studying human physiology and exercise has given me a deeper understanding of pain, mental and physical health. I use movement as a tool to feel confident and strong every day.
Not everyone finds exercise enjoyable or is motivated all the time. Helping my clients understand their “why” fuels my passion for helping individuals find sustainable exercise routines.
Areas of Focus
-
My expertise lies in female tailored services where I provide you with evidence-based programs and education based on your specific needs.
I support clients that experience female specific health conditions such as PCOS, endometriosis, menstrual cycle related ebbs and flows, pregnancy, post-partum, etc.
-
I provide each of my clients with a unique service, giving you a 1:1, personable experience and designing unique programs to suit your individual needs.
Forming a strong relationship with you is important to me. You will become part of a community, and with this comes accountability, growth and motivation.
-
I pride myself on providing you with evidence-based concepts. I specialise in the female body, resistance training and the menstrual cycle, as well as biomedical expertise. This helps me better understand how exercise can help regulate and maintain a healthy, happy version of yourself.
You will leave with a better understanding of your own body and movement that is beneficial to you.
